We primarily send Just Handles orders with Australia Post. Tracking details are provided after dispatch, and the available Regular or Express option and price are shown at checkout.
REGULAR
Australia Post Parcel Post
Same state: generally 3–4 business days
Interstate: generally 3–6 business days
General Australia Post transit estimate after dispatch. Regional and remote destinations can take longer.
EXPRESS
Australia Post Express Post
Same state: generally 2–3+ business days
Interstate: generally 2–3+ business days
Next-business-day delivery only applies within Australia Post’s eligible Express Post network and conditions.
Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched on the next working day after cleared payment. Delivery estimates start after the parcel has been dispatched.

Most orders are lodged with Australia Post. An occasional bulky or supplier-direct item may require a different carrier.

Track your parcel
Your tracking number lets you follow the parcel through the Australia Post network.
Missed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, follow the instructions provided by Australia Post in your tracking or delivery notification. Collection or redelivery options depend on the parcel and destination.
Check your address
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect, incomplete or rejected, a new delivery charge may apply before it is resent.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, peak periods, weather, transport disruptions and regional or remote destinations can extend delivery times.
